Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup pomegranate seeds
½ lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1 tomato, diced
salt and pepper to taste
2-4 tablespoons
OMG! Pomegranate Powder
2 avocados, diced
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine mint, green onions,
pomegranate seeds, tomato and avocados.
2. Squeeze lemon and honey over mixture.
3. Add OMG!
Pomegranate Vitamin Powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
